Potent storm to hit San Diego late Thursday


A storm that’s drawing moisture from the sub-tropics will unfold throughout San Diego County late Thursday and drop as much as zero.seventy five’’ of rain alongside the coast, twice as a lot in foothill communities and upwards of  three’’ in some mountain areas.
