HOUSTON (KTRK) —
Houston police have simply launched a composite sketch of a lady killed 36 years in the past in hopes that somebody may also help determine her.
Police say the lady was discovered lifeless close to a railroad monitor on Stokes Road underneath the North Freeway in 1980.
She is described as a black lady, probably her 20s.
She was sporting two skinny gold bracelets, in addition to an orange bracelet on her left wrist.
HPD sketch artis Lois Gibson created the sketch utilizing a photograph taken by the medical expert
