The Rebels scored nine runs in the fifth inning to defeat the 4-6A champs in Recreation 3 and clinch a Class 6A Area I bi-district collection at Workman Complicated. They gained a play-in recreation Monday just to succeed in the postseason.

“We’ve got a terrific bond. I’m so blessed to part of this group. We’re sisters,” Richland pitcher Krystal Lindsey stated.

Landri McKittrick singled in two runs, and Aliya Cruz reached on an error to place the Rebels up three-0 in the third. Jordan Ateman doubled in a run for Martin (22-12-1) and scored on an error to get the Warriors inside three-2.
