Homicide detectives are investigating after a person was discovered shot lifeless in Malibu earlier this week, authorities stated Thursday.

The victim was discovered in the 25600 block of the Pacific Coast Highway on Monday after deputies responded to the scene simply after four p.m., in response to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Division. He was pronounced lifeless at the scene.

The demise has been dominated a murder since coroner’s officials discovered the sufferer sustained a gunshot wound to his higher torso, sheriff’s officers stated. The reason for demise was determined Thursday.

The id and age of the victim has not been launched, and he has solely been described by authorities as a Hispanic man.

No information about a suspect or other particulars have been launched as authorities proceed to research. Officials stated it’s unclear whether or not the killing was gang-related.
