A Speedy Metropolis man has pleaded not guilty to second-diploma homicide within the robbery demise of his brother.
Fifty-4-yr-previous James Ladeaux Sr. also has pleaded not responsible to aggravated assault towards regulation enforcement officers for allegedly threatening them with a knife.
Authorities say Ladeaux’s fifty three-yr-previous brother, Fredrick, was fatally stabbed in an alley in March.
Second-degree murder is punishable by a most sentence of life in jail. Defense lawyer Matthew Skinner tells the Speedy City Journal that his shopper may argue self-defense.
