Sweden’s terror menace remained unchanged at elevated — the third degree on a 5-diploma scale, which means that an attack can occur, SAPO stated.

Two attacks have hit Sweden up to now eight years.

In December 2010, a suicide bomber blew himself up in downtown Stockholm among panicked Christmas buyers, injuring two individuals.
