Master Amitis Pourarian started offering household taekwondo courses at The Studio Martial Arts and Fitness about two years ago. She noticed it as a approach for households to spend time collectively whereas staying lively.
“You’re getting fit, you’re getting your black belt and you’re studying self-protection,” Pourarian stated. “You’re spending high quality time with your loved ones and also you’re constructing camaraderie. It’s just a win-win throughout the board.”
The class is open to all ages and talent levels.
The Valencia family started working towards taekwondo about 4 years ago. Now, everybody within the family has earned their black belt.
